Keith Biggers

Founder & President / CEO

Keith has over 40 years in the medical field and is working on his 24th medical development project. Previously President of Cirrus Health, he led physician/developer partnerships operating eight surgery centers and two hospitals.

He has a proven record of building successful organizations — creating vision, executing strategy, and developing the infrastructure to maximize enterprise and shareholder value. Earlier in his career he earned international recognition for the market launch of the Kugel Hernia Repair, training over 3,000 surgeons before SSI's sale to a division of C.R. Bard.

T.J. McGinley

T.J. McGinley

MSO Managing Partner

As Managing Partner, T.J. co-leads transaction execution and strategy and oversees business development and operations. He began as a healthcare actuarial analyst, then raised capital and started and sold several healthcare operating companies.

As CEO of some of the largest specialty physician practices in the U.S., he conducted the sale of those practices to private equity, medical groups, hospitals, and health systems. He holds a B.A. in Economics from UC Santa Barbara and a Master's in Business and Healthcare Management from Yale.
