Candor develops, acquires, operates, and advises ambulatory surgery centers and multi-specialty physician practices — building durable enterprise value alongside our physician and capital partners, not just collecting management fees.
Candor is built for two partners — the physicians who bring the medicine, and the capital partners who back the platform. Choose your path.
Bring your cases. We develop, staff, contract, bill, and run the center — so you keep practicing and share in the upside, with your clinical autonomy and your name intact.
A repeatable surgical-platform strategy led by operators who have built, run, and exited these businesses before — structured for the discipline institutional capital expects.
From a single practice to a multi-site platform, Candor brings institutional-grade development, management, and advisory capability across the surgical and specialty care landscape — pairing the infrastructure of a sophisticated operator with the alignment of a true equity partner.
Ambulatory surgery centers and surgical hospitals taken from ground-up development through licensure, staffing, and full day-to-day operations.
Multi-specialty physician practice management — the full MSO back office of billing, HR, compliance, payor contracting, and technology — so clinicians across any specialty can return to the art of practicing medicine.
Turnkey delivery of new facilities — site selection, design-build, capital-partnership structuring, equipment planning, and construction management under one roof.
End-to-end revenue management for hospital, surgical, and physician claims — billing, coding, collections, and follow-up protocols that eliminate errors and accelerate payment.
Feasibility studies, pro formas, operational assessments, and turnaround advisory for physician groups, health systems, and capital partners evaluating or repositioning a facility.
Modern systems and data infrastructure that bring transparency to operations and give physician and capital partners a clear, real-time view of performance.
Surgery centers, surgical hospitals, fertility centers, and emergency facilities — developed, acquired, operated, and advised across the country, with multiple positions realized through exits to leading health systems. Select any facility with a photo to view it larger.
Representative engagements across the Candor leadership team. Roles include development, acquisition, full operations, and advisory consulting.
Healthcare development is far more than building and running a business. At Candor, every facility serves three distinct customers — and we hold ourselves accountable to all of them.
Every detail of the facility is planned to deliver the highest standard of care and a patient experience that reflects well on the physicians behind it.
We align incentives and absorb operational complexity so our partners can focus on outcomes and volume — with the upside of true ownership.
We build real connections with the communities our facilities serve, establishing a patient- and community-centric focus that endures.
